Experienced Sales Professional / Account Executive
Professional Services Division

St. Croix Solutions is hiring an experienced IT sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive.

St. Croix is a Minnesota reseller of midrange and high-end IT solutions and services. We serve a corporate client base leveraging strong partner relationships with vendors such as Cisco, EMC, HP, Hitachi, IBM, Sun, VMware and many others. The Account Executive position is a core business development role and is critical to the development and success of St. Croix Solutions. Account executives will be responsible for direct sales to a growing St. Croix Solutions client base.

Responsibilities include the development and management of client accounts, client opportunities, solution development and client satisfaction. Product lines and professional service offering include major open systems manufactures, technical integration services and management consulting. Account Executives will work with System Engineer and inside sales team to develop customer solutions and deliver exceptional services. As needed, Account Executives will work with vendor, manufacturer and distributor sales and technical representative.

Account Executive Essential Functions:

Business Development
• Account development
• Opportunity development and management
• Solution presentation
• Managing the closing process
• Contracts
• Sales order entry

Account Management
• Ongoing opportunity development – work with customer contacts to develop ongoing opportunity stream within account
• Customer education on SCS capabilities – educate and market all SCS products and services
• Customer satisfaction – including encourage customer contacts to participate in post project CSAT surveys
• Penetrating other business areas – work with customer contacts to explore opportunities in other business units, locations or sister companies
• Accounts receivable assistance for past due - working with SCS AR team, contact customers in regards to past due invoices

General Market Development
• Manufacture sales certifications
• Networking event participation, including client events, trade shows, SCS events and SCS technology supplier events
